Full spec here: http://support.intel.com/products/motherboard/dq963fx/index.htm It has a Intel Q963 chipset, http://support.intel.com/products/chipsets/Q965_Q963/index.htm with ICH8R [IntelR MST (ICH8R only) 6 SATA, 3 Gbps eSATA] I took my 5 minutes and started an NW411 server (with a sata drv), just to see what happens. Basically it seemed to be started ok, and didn't freeze after loading idehd. But, it displayed a warning message, if I remember correctly, it was the: "NBI-2.35-11: Warning: The version of netware does not support protected mode bios accesses. Without a loader patch some PCI drivers may fail." I know what this is suppose to mean, but it is strange, in a way that I used the very same server.exe which I use to test other hardware too - like the GA - and on that (or on other) machines I haven't seen this "happening". (Then I doublechecked, I do use the "latest" loader.exe. I also did a backrev, and a test with the SP0 server.exe - same results). Since it seemed to work and I didn't have much time, I didn't do more tests. But now I thought I let you know. Anything you might see in this thing? G.
